Ingredients

  • 8 links sweet sausage

  • 4 links hot sausage

  • 1 large onion, cut in chunks

  • 2 green peppers, cut into chunks

  • 1 small can tomato sauce

Directions

  • Prick sausages and boil 10 minutes and cool.
  • Place onion and peppers in a heavy oven pot.
  • Slice sausages in 1/4″ diagonal slices and lay on top.
  • Pour tomato sauce over top and bake covered 1 1/2 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally.

This is a traditional Polish recipe that’s well loved at Hobbie/Cuper gatherings.
