Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb ground beef (or mix beef and pork)

  • 1/3 c oatmeal soaked in 1 c milk

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • minced garlic to taste

  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten

  • 1 tsp sage

  • 1 tsp mint

  • 1/3 c raisins

  • 1/3 c pine nuts

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 1/4 c ketchup

  • 1/4 c Dijon mustard

  • 1/2 c chicken stock

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients except ketchup and mustard, and mound in a lasagna-type dish.
  • Mix ketchup and mustard and spread over top.
  • Pour chicken stock around edges.
  • Cook about 1 hour at 375°F, basting occationaly with pan juices.
