1 1/2 lb ground beef (or mix beef and pork)
1/3 c oatmeal soaked in 1 c milk
1 onion, chopped
minced garlic to taste
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp sage
1 tsp mint
1/3 c raisins
1/3 c pine nuts
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c ketchup
1/4 c Dijon mustard
1/2 c chicken stock
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except ketchup and mustard, and mound in a lasagna-type dish.
- Mix ketchup and mustard and spread over top.
- Pour chicken stock around edges.
- Cook about 1 hour at 375

F, basting occationaly with pan juices.
